1. Website identification and contact details

The website is owned and operated by Serghie Aurelian Iulian, provider of mobile massage services at the client's home in Bucharest (massage at the client's address).

2. Description of services

Aurelian provides mobile massage services at the client's home in Bucharest, at an address agreed privately with the client. The massage takes place at the address provided by the client, in their own space. Aurelian's home address is not a service location and is not intended for public access. There is no public cabinet or client-facing location.

3. Informational nature of the website

The information presented on the website is general in nature and may be updated periodically. The details of each appointment (service, duration, price, address, access) are confirmed directly between Aurelian and the client.

4. Services, durations and prices

The services displayed on the website, with their corresponding durations and prices, are:

• Relaxation Massage — 60 minutes — 150 RON
• Therapeutic Massage (Deep Tissue) — 60 minutes — 200 RON
• Anti-Cellulite Massage — 60 minutes — 180 RON
• Lomi-Lomi Massage — 60 minutes — 180 RON
• Couples Massage — 120 minutes total — 200 RON/person — 400 RON total

The Couples Massage consists of two massages performed consecutively by the same therapist: 60 minutes for the first person, followed by 60 minutes for the second person, totalling 120 minutes.

Prices may change. The applicable price is the one confirmed before the appointment.

5. Requesting and confirming an appointment

Submitting the contact form, a WhatsApp message, an email or making a telephone enquiry constitutes an appointment request only, not a confirmed appointment. The appointment becomes effective only after direct confirmation by Aurelian of the service, date, time, address and price.

Availability changes periodically and is confirmed manually. There is no automatic online booking system. Do not travel or make arrangements based solely on the automatic form-submission confirmation message.

6. Address, access and travel

Services are performed at the client's home in Bucharest, at an address agreed privately. Aurelian's home address is not a service location and must never be published.

The client must provide a correct address, telephone number and any relevant access instructions. Service availability may depend on the client's location, travel time and accessibility. Any travel charge must be communicated and accepted before confirmation; no travel fee that has not been communicated in advance is applied.

The client must provide a safe, clean, suitably heated and appropriate space for the service. The therapist may refuse or stop a visit when the location or conduct presents a safety, hygiene or inappropriate-behaviour concern.

7. Client's obligation to provide correct information

The client is obliged to provide correct and complete contact and location information. Inaccurate information may prevent the appointment from being arranged or carried out.

8. Health information and professional boundaries

Massage is a wellness service and does not replace medical examination, diagnosis, emergency assistance or treatment. The client should communicate, before the session, any relevant contraindication, injury, allergy, pregnancy or other health concern that may affect the safety of the massage. If uncertain whether massage is appropriate, the client should consult a qualified medical professional.

The public contact form does not request and should not be used to send diagnoses, medical documents or detailed sensitive health information. Such information, when relevant, should be communicated directly, in the context of arranging the appointment and ensuring the safety of the session.

The service is strictly professional and non-sexual. Any inappropriate request or conduct results in immediate refusal or termination of the service.

9. Refusal or interruption of a session

Aurelian may decline or interrupt a session when carrying it out would be unsafe or when the environment or conduct is inappropriate. Respectful and safe conduct is required from both parties.

10. Payments

The website does not collect online payments and does not request an advance payment. The payment method and timing are communicated and agreed directly with the client before the appointment is confirmed. No fee or charge that has not been communicated and accepted in advance is applied. It is not claimed that card, cash or bank-transfer payments are accepted unless this is later confirmed by Aurelian.

11. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please inform Aurelian as soon as possible. There is currently no automatic cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or failure to attend may result in Aurelian declining future appointment requests. Any cancellation fee introduced in the future will be communicated and accepted before the appointment is confirmed and will not be applied retroactively.

Aurelian may reschedule or cancel when illness, emergencies, safety concerns or circumstances outside his reasonable control prevent the service.

12. Limitation of liability

Aurelian makes all reasonable efforts to provide quality services. The controller's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This limitation does not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Intellectual property

The texts, logo and images on the website are the property of Serghie Aurelian Iulian and are protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or use without permission is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law.

14. Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumer rights provided by applicable national and European legislation cannot be limited by these terms.
